“I discovered Health Tours Thailand through a clinic’s website announcing their partnership so I decided to do my bookings through the agency— at the time (not sure if it’s still available) I was offered a discounted rate for the same procedure through this agency so it was a no brainer. All the communication was done via WhatsApp which was quite convenient and responses were quick. Despite a misunderstanding that I realized only after paying my deposit (my bad), they were accommodating and completely turned things around which I really didn’t expect them to do!
On the day of my consultation I met up with Kendy who accompanied me throughout the process. She was super friendly and checked up on me via Whatsapp after my procedure to make sure everything was okay—I decided to come to Thailand alone so it was really nice to have someone keep an eye on everything. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to come to Thailand for a surgery by yourself!!”
